Event Description

UPDATE : We have Changed The MG road Pick up area to Cauvery Emporium, and added 2 more pickup points!! Do check! - on 14/6/2012

PLACE

We are going to Valley School this weekend! Hurray!!

Its a beautiful school, with loads of greenery, a lake & 104sqft area of rich vegetation. Children learn among this area on regular days :)

TRAVEL

Since it is quiet far away from the city we are organizing a Tempo traveler with 20 seats, and various pickup points, from different location of the city.

Here is the list of locations we will be stopping at for pickups, we will stop for 15 mins at each location,:-

1) Penciljam Studio, Frazer town : 8:00am

2) MG road : Opposite Cauvery Emporium Signal : 8:30am

(Stand opposite to the emporium, at the signal )

3) After Dairy circle, Spar Hypermarket : 9:00am

4) Shoppers Stop, Bannergatta Road : 9:20pm

BOOK YOUR SEAT

So, if you would like to join us in the bus for fun, please add a comment in this post with these details :-

1) Your choice of pickup point

2) Your cell number

This is so that we can have a head count, and dont end up taking in a stranger instead of you!

OTHER DETAILS

The bus : is booked and is costing Rs.130/- to Rs.150/- per head ( lesser if more plp) . Basically, we can divide the total by the number of people during the journey.

Food : Valley school management has been kind to arrange lunch, tea & snacks for us. This will be approx : Rs.100/- per head. Do feel free to carry basic snacks for travel and water.

Also, bring all the little ones along they will love it!

So here is the final transport details:-

Tempo traveler - 22 seats + Indica - 4seats. : Total seats 26

In total we have :- 23 adults + 4 kids

Plp coming by own transport :- 7 people

We are in total 30 + 4 kids headed to valley !!

Note :-

1) Anil is coming by car, has 2 seats free. Anyone want to join him msg him and talk to confirm.

2) Please read the time above carefully and be on time. We wont be able to wait beyond 10-15mins.

3) Anyone coming to Penciljam studio can park vehicle inside :) 2,4 or 6 wheeler!

Perhaps, i should have written 20 - PLUS 2-ON-TOP..?? ;)
