Its my pleasure to comment, since you have asked me to - 

Just two suggestions -

1. You could perhaps make the hair more darker...as a darker tonal value of hair around the face would separate the face from the background...and

2. The ear... the entire piece would look complete if you finish the details of the ear.

So ..on the whole, the drawing has come out really very well...I am sure it must be looking even better in the actual. The stare (as in the eyes) are very effective in this piece... just darken the hair... you would be surprised how much different it will turn out to be.... and don't worry...it it starts to feel that u are ruining it... just get over with the hesitation of using pressure of pencil on paper... the contrasts you can achieve will make u happy.. just try it!!
