Thanx Prosenjit.. I used oil paint to draw this on canvas.. It was done long back.. so frankly speaking i dont know its measures. I dint use any varnish.. after paint dried , i framed it.. may be the combination of the colours give it a aged look :) .. In the original painting, the situation is in the day time.. I mean the back ground is blue wid clouds and all.. I jus altered the looks.. created a dusky background..

Thanx Muralidharan... It was done almost 2 yrs back.. i think the dots are coz of the reflection from camera.. the image was not perfectly covered in the cam...

I had no idea what decoupage means... so this was a learning experience for me. Its also a double pleasure, viewing Raja Ravi Varma's great work so effectively used in this project. I'd love to have additional details like size of surface it was pasted upon, varnish/covering medium used etc. I like the tint on it, kind of gives it an aged look. Thanks Iswarya!
