If you could draw like this while lazing on the bed, and that too with a micro-tip pen, I can easily understand how you drew that fine foot study with a broken toe nail, or the water around those pebbles. Very good!

I think, drawing a tiger or lion's head.. is a bit like drawing the human head. Its helpful to break up the skull-shape into halves - side to side, and top to bottom, and then place the eyes, nose and mouth accordingly. The eyes are tricky, as they tend to drift asymmetrically.
