an enthusiasist in all sort of art , I am a retired school teacher ,father of three daughters . Like very much to draw and paint . Wish to have a link with art loving people . But cannot participate work shops you suggest , as I am living in Sri lanka. Can cooperate through web.

if you use the internet regularly you might like to visit the various forums on the website http://www.wetcanvas.com/ you'll find seperate groups for drawing as well as for painting and lots of lessons and helpful people around.
another site that I found very useful is http://www.sovek.com do have a look at the lessons the artist has generously provided for free.
