  • Nice Job...Remembers me of   Geoges Seurat's "croquetons" but in your own style near Rembrandt Van Rjin palette..like the subject too...

  • Prosenjith : Ha, yes that is a Laptop on the mat - a highly colourful striped mat :)  Thank you for the useful tips - i got it. Will work on more monochromes

    Thanks Akhila :)

  • WOW!

  • Aha... this is great start already, long way to go or not! Is that a laptop on the mat? I'm suddenly having this vision of the model (it could be George or anybody) sitting on a char-pai - the kind we see outside dhabas on the highways, busy working on a laptop. Quintessentially Indian :)

Very nice Smitha, monochrome IS the way to go, and then you slowly introduce colors. Add greens the last of all, if you must - trying to make it with the blues and yellows, and evict black altogether from your palette.

  • Thanks guys - GS :D Im happy you say Picture book! Long way to go though.

  • Very nice.. This could have come straight out of a picture book!

  • Very nice .
